Coming together to protect and support our NHS family
The Leus Family Foundation is delighted to have been able to respond to Imperial Health Charity’s (IHC) COVID-19 urgent appeal. The Foundation has made a generous donation in order to assist front-line staff and patients during this challenging time.
With the help of this donation the Charity is able to continue providing emergency funds to help hospital staff cope with the extraordinary demands of fighting Coronavirus. The well-being of medical staff at this time is vitally important and Dmitry and the family are grateful to be in a position to help in some way. So far, the charity has been able to serve over tens of thousands of meals to NHS workers during their long and challenging shifts.
Dmitry says: “We appreciate the hard work, dedication and focus our NHS workers have made every day since this pandemic broke. If we can help in any way to ease the nightmare for them and vulnerable patients we will.”
As well as the continued support of medical and NHS staff, the Imperial Health Charity will also continue to come to the aid of those vulnerable patients who face sudden, unexpected financial difficulties as a result of their hospital stay.
Dmitry and The Leus Family Foundation are committed to building a long-standing relationship with IHC to enable ongoing support for those who need it most.
Imperial Health Charity helps their hospitals do more through grants, arts, volunteering and fundraising. Working in partnership with the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust they fund major redevelopments, research and medical equipment at five London hospitals- Charing Cross, Hammersmith, Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea, St Mary’s and the Western Eye.

What they say
We are incredibly grateful for Dmitry’s and The Leus Family Foundation’s continued support of St George’s Hospital Charity and our Children’s Appeal.
Gardens and outdoor spaces are important for the recovery of all patients, especially children, and our hope is to make the newly designed Serenity garden a fun, engaging and accessible space for children and their loved ones.
