Founded in 1872, Jewish Family Service of Colorado (JFS) is a nonsectarian, nonprofit human services agency. JFS believes in strengthening the community in Colorado by providing vital services to vulnerable individuals and families and offers a variety of programs to help those in need navigate life’s challenges. The Leus Family Foundation is delighted to support JFS and the philanthropic work they do.

Every year, Jewish Family Service helps thousands of individuals and impacts more than 25,000 people of all faiths, races, ages, incomes, and abilities to enhance well-being to those in need throughout by delivering services based on Jewish values.

Dmitry’s own father was cared for by JFS and the vital works were brought to our Founder’s attention, Dmitry says: “I was so impressed with the work of Jewish Family Service and wanted to find out how we could support them more. They truly keep one of the most important Jewish values at the core of their commitment, that of Tikkun Olam- the obligation to make the world a better place and at The Leus Family Foundation that is central to our ethos also.”
