Supporting families from diagnosis to end of life
The Leus Family foundation is pleased to support the inspiring work of the Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, a leading children’s hospice charity supporting over 700 children, and their families, throughout Surrey and across 15 boroughs of London, 365 days a year.
Sophie Tanner, Specialist Fundraiser, thanked the foundation,
‘I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the Trustees Leus Family Foundation for supporting Shooting Star Children’s Hospices, we are so grateful for your support.
This donation will make an incredible difference for the families that we support during unimaginably difficult circumstances. Families like Lottie’s:
“Having Lottie away from us is hard, but knowing she is in the best place possible makes it a lot easier. When Lottie’s at home, watching her in pain is heart breaking, but seeing her at the hospice so comfortable and being cared for by the staff as if she was one of their own, well it’s hard to put into words how much we appreciate everything they do for us. I really cannot imagine how we would have got through the last three years without them.”
The work you do at Leus Family Foundation is so important, thank you again for supporting Shooting Star Children’s Hospices to make every moment count for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.’
