Paving the way to a brighter future for the Children of ACS Egham
The Leus Family Foundation are particularly delighted to be personally involved with ACS Egham (American Community School) and credit the school and its immersive and cultural diversity with helping Dmitry Leus’ own sons to thrive.
It was with this in mind that in 2019 Dmitry personally signed a memorandum to give a generous donation to the school’s charity. This was to be used towards the development and improvement of the school’s Egham campus.
A philanthropist who believes strongly in supporting education and healthcare, the school that had done so much for Dmitry’s own family seemed an ideal beneficiary. “My children used to be quite shy” Dmitry explains. “It’s wonderful to see how ACS has supported and guided each of them, building their confidence as individuals.”
The Leus Foundation believes in the importance of not just education but also the broader aspect of our daily lives in helping to nurture children and young adults. Dmitry often cites the importance of physical and mental health in his children’s lives “Anybody can acquire knowledge, but you cannot take health for granted”.
